Student accounts are persistent, meaning that students can use the same username year after year. This also means that applicable Scholastic digital products will maintain and display student data from previous school years.
In order to maintain data year over year, we recommend that districts use the same rostering method in each school year. For example, if a district rostered with Clever during the previous school year, we recommend they use Clever for the upcoming school year as well.
All rostering methods will maintain student data year-over-year providing that the student remains rostered within the same school building.
However, if a student is moving to a new school, refer to the table below to verify if a student’s data will move with them:
